Ordering & Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay, plus cash on delivery (COD) in eligible pincodes. Online payments via Razorpay are coming soon — the official launch date will be announced on our social channels.
Yes. All online payments will be processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway — we never store your card or UPI details on our servers. In the meantime, COD is available for eligible pincodes.
Orders can be cancelled or edited within a short window after checkout, before the seller marks them as processed. Head to Order History to check your order's current status.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the seller's location and your pincode, typically 3–7 business days. Exact estimates are shown on the product page before checkout — you can also check pincode availability on any product detail page.
We currently ship across India. International shipping isn't available yet — we'll announce it if that changes.
Once shipped, tracking details appear under Order History, and you'll get updates via the in-app inbox and email.
Returns & Exchanges
Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 6 days of delivery, provided tags are intact and the item is unused. Policy can vary slightly by seller — check the product page for details.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item passes quality check by the seller, usually within 5–7 business days.
Sizing & Product
Each product page includes a size chart from the seller. When in doubt, message the seller directly through the inbox — many respond with fit advice.
All sellers on KGShops go through a verification process before listing, and we act on quality complaints raised through order reviews.
Account & Messaging
You can browse without an account, but placing an order requires signing in (email or Google Sign-In) so we can share order and delivery updates.
It lets you chat directly with a seller — ask about sizing, customization, or delivery — before or after placing an order.
Selling on KGShops
Apply through the "Sell on KGShops" page with your business details; approval typically takes 1–2 business days.
A small commission is deducted per order — the full fee structure is shared during seller onboarding.
