Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We ship to seleted pin codes across India. Delivery to remote or difficult-to-access locations may take additional time compared to standard timelines shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

Orders above &8377;999 qualify for free standard shipping. A flat &8377;49 shipping fee applies to orders below &8377;999. Express shipping is available at &8377;99 for select pin codes and will be shown as an option at checkout when available.

3. Delivery Timeline

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote locations: 7–10 business days

All timelines are estimates starting from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification, don't forget to check the notification bell.. You can also track your order in real-time from your account dashboard.

5. Failed Delivery & Re-attempt

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will attempt re-delivery once. You can update your preferred delivery window by contacting our support team at Coming Soon within 48 hours.

6. Shipping Partners

We partner with local delivary agents for reliable delivery. The courier partner for your order is selected at the time of dispatch based on your pin code and the shipping method chosen.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not yet available but we are working to expand our services.
