These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kgshops.in (the "Site") operated by KGShops ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to place an order. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (&8377;) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Shipping

We ship only in few areas of India, that can be checked through our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or remote-location restrictions. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & refunds

We offer a 6-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items, custom-made pieces, innerwear, and free gifts are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers, (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Site without written permission, or (e) upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of KGShops or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and design law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KGShops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
